Workshop FAQs & Drop Off
Do I need to book in advance?
For standard servicing and overhauls, we strongly recommend booking online to guarantee same-day turnaround. For urgent flat tyres, tube swaps, or broken chains, walk-ins are always welcome during shop hours (subject to workload and mechanic availability).
What time should I drop my bike off?
Drop-offs are best between 8:30am and 10:00am on the morning of your booking so our mechanics can begin early, or you can drop it off the afternoon prior during opening hours.
What do I need to bring for an e-bike service?
Please bring your battery key and ensure the battery has at least 50% charge so we can power up the motor, run electronic diagnostics, and perform test rides. You do not need to bring your wall charger unless requested. If your bike has a PIN, be sure to let the team know at the time of drop-off.
Will you quote before replacing parts?
Yes – for major components. If we inspect your bike and notice worn chains, cables, brake pads, or bearings that require replacement, we will call or text you with an itemised quote first. No surprises when you collect.
