What to Expect on Service Day
Simple drop-off, fast turnaround, and zero guesswork.
Morning Drop-Off
Drop your bike off between 8:30am and 10:00am on the morning of your booking, or the afternoon prior.
Initial Assessment
We check the bike with you at the front counter, note specific requests, and record current component wear.
Same-Day Completion
Standard booked-in service packages are completed same-day by 5:00pm. You’ll receive an SMS as soon as it's ready.
Easy Front Parking
Stop right out front on Wynnum Road for effortless unloading Just wheel your bike straight into the shop!
Our "No Surprises" Guarantee
We believe in upfront, transparent pricing. If we inspect your bike and find a major item that needs replacement, we will always contact you with a quote first.
Puncture or Urgent Repair?
You don't need a scheduled booking for flat tyres, broken chains, tube replacements, or minor adjustments. Walk-ins are always welcome during shop hours and we will do our absolute best to attend to your bike ASAP (subject to workload & mechanic availability). Bring your bike straight to our counter.
